I’m a life coach with a particular interest in Identity. I am a passionate big thinker with an innate curiosity to understand What Makes Things Work.
I studied Economics, Management, and Retailing at the Wharton School of Business before pursuing a successful career at a global investment bank. I was living happily (or so I thought) in burnout city for years… until my body said “No.”
I made the conscious decision to heal my body and change my mind. I trained in Pilates with Polestar, worked on regenerative farms, and founded my own food businesses, but outside of work and family, I still didn’t know who I was.
With the support of a brilliant coach, I gave myself permission to be enough, to no longer be held victim to inherited roles and rules. Together, we worked hard to reveal and let go of the habits and beliefs that were keeping me stuck, and empowered me to resolve relationships and navigate tricky family situations.
I discovered that my enthusiasm for life comes in the simplest of forms: through my values of growth, and human connection. What is Economics but the study of human behaviour, after all? The cyclicality of life continues, and I now know that I have the capablity to handle it with grace.
My clients inspire me endlessly - to witness them discover their true selves, and create lives that work for them, is a true privilege that gives me immense joy.
